The space This stunning property dates back over 100 yrs. Arranged over two floors, this historic brick home combines the original features with beautifully designed bedrooms and bathrooms. Situated overlooking the stunning gardens and vineyards of Chateau Lafayette Reneau winery and Seneca Lake. After a long day exploring all the Finger Lakes has to offer, open a complimentary bottle of wine and relax in the spacious living room, featuring 2 large couches, 2 sitting chairs, a charming bar cart and a flat-screen TV. Or step out onto the terrace featuring an outside dining table, sitting area to relax, and breathe taking views of the vineyards and lake after preparing a farm-to-table meal in our classic French style kitchen, which is fully equipped with new appliances, a dual Keurig/coffee maker and plenty of counter space. Not in the mood for al fresco dining? Enjoy a meal in the dining room which is adjacent to the kitchen and is complete with a beautiful dining table and floor-to-ceiling windows. After a full day, retreat to one of the three cozy bedrooms, each furnished with plush bedding to ensure a good night's sleep. La Maison has two full baths, both on the second floor. One of which is private to the primary bedroom. There are AC units in each of the rooms to keep things cool and comfortable in the summer, and heat in the winter to stay cozy.
