A cozy big and bright apartment in the heart of Florence. Completely renewed few years ago the apartment has all the comfort in taste of classic modern Florentine design. Few steps from the Arno in one of the coolest area of Florence S. Niccolò Area. 10 min walking distance from Uffizi, Ponte Vecchio, Piazza Pitti, and 15min to the Duomo. The space The apartment is a cozy and bright space at the second floor just behind the Arno river. - A cozy living room where there is a round table , a sofa bed and the Smart LCD TV. - a kitchen fully equipped ( there is also a washing machine). _ two bedroom : master bedroom where you have a 160cm king bed, the wardrobe, a in room small bathroom with No shower) and second room which had two single beds. _ 1 bathroom with shower Also if you are coming with a baby we can provide you a baby folding cot and the high chair, and also plastic staff for eat. ( we only ask 30 euro for the stay) The apartment is at the first floor with NO LIFT and there NO air condition but the ceiling blades. NOTICE: If you need to use the sofa bed even if you are less then 5 guests please let us know in order to provide you the sheets (in that case you will pay an extra charge of 30€ for the stay - to pay directly upon you arrival) Other things to note NO LIFT NO AC but ceiling blades in the rooms.
