The property can accommodate up to 9 people comfortably. However, please note: 💰 Base Rate Covers 1–2 Guests Only The base booking fee you see (e.g., ₱1,083 promo rate) covers the stay for up to 2 guests only. If your group has more than 2 people, there will be an additional fee per extra guest to help cover the cost of: Additional beddings Utilities Cleaning and maintenance ➕ Additional Guest Charges: ₱350 per adult/extra guest per night ₱250 per child per night These charges help us maintain the quality and comfort of your stay. 👤 Example: If you booked for 1 guest but arrive with 5 people, you will be charged ₱350 x 3 guests + ₱250 (if one of the guests is a child). If guests check in 6 hours or more before the standard check-in time, a fixed early check-in fee of ₱1,000 will apply. This is because we need to block off the night prior, resulting in a missed opportunity to accommodate another booking. The ₱1,000 fee is a flat rate, regardless of the number of guests. For check-ins 2 to 5 hours before the standard time, a reduced early check-in fee of ₱500 applies. These fees help cover the operational costs and opportunity loss of adjusting the schedule to meet early arrival requests.
