Independent studio with a terrace

We offer this pleasant 26 m2 independent studio on the heights of Loire-sur-Rhône, at the beginning of the Pilat Natural Park. The studio is located in a quiet subdivision in a peaceful and hilly countryside of Pilat. You will find everything you need for a pleasant and relaxing stay, after a long day of work, or a one-night stop before arriving at your destination. Located just 8 minutes from Vienne and Givors. As well as 25 minutes from Lyon by car. The space ------------------- The studio was refurbished last year. It is mainly equipped for business trips: Kitchen, kitchenette equipped with two gas burners, small fridge, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine and electric kettle. Meals can be enjoyed for two at the condo's high table and/or you can take advantage of the sunny terrace to enjoy the peace and quiet. - The bathroom is equipped with a large 90x90 cm shower, mirrors, and a separate toilet. - Bath towels are provided. - Heating and cooling are provided by a reversible air-conditioning unit. - For sleeping, as of September 2026, we will have complete bedding. The sofa bed (Stanflex HR50) measuring 140x190 is comfortable for two people to spend the night. Bed sheets will be put on for your arrival. - A TV with digital terrestrial television is available. (Canal+, HBO Max, Apple+, Paramount, Netflix and Amazon Prime are available) Quiet and peaceful. Bakeries, Coccimarket and a Michelin-starred restaurant at the bottom of the village, ideal for relaxing and enjoying nature after work. Cameras are present around the accommodation. (None inside the studio or on the studio's terrace) *Please note that during the month of September, the neighbors are carrying out renovations during the week. There may be noise from 8 a.m. Guest access ------------------- The studio and the terrace are for the guest's exclusive use. It is located to the right of our street corner house, across the street from a great stink. You can park to the right of the studio (if you drive up onto the sidewalk, it’s a space we’ve been using for years without causing anyone any inconvenience ;)) or in the parking spaces 30 meters away in front of a green area. Two-room studio plus toilet. A day space of 20m and a bathroom space of 6m. If you are coming from Lyon, vehicles over 1.9 m in height will have to take the "Givors Centre" exit, as the Chasse sur Rhône exit does not allow taller vehicles to pass over the bridge over the Rhône. Note that it is recommended to be driven, there is a large coastline to get to our place. Other things to note ------------------- You will be asked to leave the place in the condition you found it in, that is to say: - Put away clean dishes, sweep. - If you are not careful in the bathroom, please clean it. Brake marks, too. - Throw away your trash. (Including coffee capsules, cigarette butts, etc.) - In short, leave the studio clean It's simply a matter of being considerate! 😊 We will take care of the rest: complete cleaning of the bathroom and toilets, vacuuming and mopping, cleaning of windows, bedding, etc. Please note that the €10 cleaning fee covers only the bed linens, bath towels, and their replacements, but does not exempt guests from leaving the accommodation in a clean condition when they depart. Bed linen and bath towels are provided and put out for your convenience before your stay. There are no hotel-style services during the stay. Please understand that the Studio Flat is equipped and furnished to cater primarily to business travelers on short stays and is not really suitable for vacationers or couples looking for an inexpensive love nest ;) Heating is managed automatically to stay within temperature ranges between 19 and 23 degrees.
