The accommodation, although old, is simple and comfortable, located on the outskirts of the city center in a rather quiet area. You are between 15 and 20 minutes' walk from the city center, between 8 and 10 minutes' walk from the tram stop and 5 minutes from the city center by tram. A small shopping mall and pharmacy are a 3-minute walk away. You are also a 3-minute walk from the famous Dreisam (small river) for your short walks or picnics. A small garden is available in summer for your barbecues. The space My apartment is on the first floor to the right after the stairs in an old building. The apartment only has central heating, which should heat the whole apartment, but there is an electric heater in the room that you can also use. Netflix and YouTube are provided if you are bored.
