This unique place has a style all its own..It's more of a cool, Brooklyn Brownstown, Bachelors Pad...super safe....pleasant to be in with a lot of amenities.We host Physicians, Pro Golfers, Nurses, Colleges Students .It has old amenities..slight tear in carpet but it's my very favorite place to be..It is a huge one bedroom ground floor apartment. We typically host Service professionals, working professionals, students and factory staff. We do invite everyone to enjoy our building. The space Safe, never ever break in or Robbery. long term tenants..everyone looks out for each other parking on premisis Guest access There entire place is available Other things to note NO Smoking....no Medical Marijuana..No Drugs...It is a quiet safe place..the Bathtub Hot water has to be Run for a couple of minutes to build up the pressure in the Shower for a nice hot shower.
