Available only on specific dates, perfectly located for your stay to Sussex within easy reach of Gatwick airport, Brighton, London and the South Downs The space The house comprises of 2 double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower over bath on the first floor. Downstairs you enter the property into a hallway, there is a fully equipped kitchen, downstairs WC, living room and conservatory. Please note, the conservatory is not heated in the winter. Behind the property is a large outdoor space and basic seating in a large lawned garden. There is parking in a private, residents only car park. There are up to 2 parking bays available for your stay (please let us know if you need 2 car parking spaces). Guest access All of the house is accessible and available during your stay. Other things to note The house is located in suburban Burgess Hill, positioned between two local parks with skatepark, play area for children and outdoor gym equipment. There is a co-op convenience store no more than 5 minutes walk, as well as cafe, Italian restaurant, two petrol stations, Halfords and PureGym, all are situated on London Road. 10-15 minute walk/5 min drive is the town centre with parking and all the necessities including Waitrose supermarket, cinema, shops, restaurants and pubs. In the town centre is the train & main bus station. Burgess Hill train station has direct routes south into Brighton (approx. 15 mins) and Littlehampton. As well as north into London Bridge/Victoria (approx. 1 hour) and Bedford, Cambridge. The train route also goes direct to London Gatwick airport (approx. 15 mins) south terminal, where a free shuttle can transfer to the north terminal. Wivelsfield station also serves the town which run the same routes as Burgess Hill station as well as direct trains to Lewes.
