The Villa St Lucia is part of the Oasis Marigot Villas. Located in Marigot Bay and only a short walk to the beach and restaurants but still with plenty of privacy. Enjoy a private pool and large deck area as well as lovely views of the bay. Perfect for a family or couples retreat The space There is no road access to this side of the bay - only ferry - so it's very quiet and serene (2 min crossing). A mandatory weekly ferry pass must be purchased for $20 per person. A perfect place for relaxing and enjoying the tropics. We also offer some fun activities for active travelers in the area, like day sail tours, jungle biking, beach, watersports, and more. The villa features a large, screened living area, decorated with authentic Caribbean art. Comfortable rattan furniture provides the rustic, cottage-like tranquility that is St. Lucia. An exotic hardwood floor runs the length of the villa. There are two bedrooms on the upper level and one on the first level, each with king-size beds and air conditioning. A comfortably sized, fully-equipped kitchen is there for any cooking needs. The first level also has a second mini kitchen. There is a wonderful private pool and patio that's very large - perfect for sunbathing with the occasional dip! *If you have some mobility issues, please note that the property is located on the hillside and we do have some steps around.* - Private pool & patio - A/C in Bedrooms Only - Ceiling Fans - Gardener (6 Days/Week) Other things to note The electricity is 220v and the outlets are 3 prong plugs (type G). If you have north American electronics you will need an adapter. Laundry may be done by staff only at $12 USD per load. The guest does not have access to the washer/dryer. There is no grocery store located in Marigot Bay, I highly recommend stocking the villa with groceries on arrival. Please ask for more details on this service. The closest grocery store is located in Cul de Sac-Massy (20 min drive away).  We have a strict cancellation policy, so we recommend you get TRIP INSURANCE within a few days of booking to cover the cost if you have to cancel due to illness, etc. It is inexpensive and will give you peace of mind!
