Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the deposit. Please note that for stays longer than 5 nights, a mandatory mid-stay cleaning is required to maintain the apartment’s cleanliness and comfort. Other things to note Providing your approximate arrival time is essential to ensure access to the property, as check-in is only conducted in person. • Any additional requests or mid-stay cleaning services will incur an extra charge/fee. • Standard check-out time is no later than 11:00 AM. If guests delay the cleaners from starting at the predetermined check-out time, a charge of 300 AED will apply from 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM. After 1:00 PM, guests will be charged a full night's stay for the late check-out and cleaning delay. • Please return the access cards in good condition upon check-out.
