Rock house

🏠 Pretty 42 m2 stone maisonette located at the top of the village of Bauduen next to the church. An old sheepfold, it is built against a large visible rock which makes it original. 🪨 The neighborhood is quiet and offers a beautiful lake view from the bedroom. The beach as well as the shops and restaurants are within walking distance at the bottom of the village (5 minutes downhill, 10 uphill: muscular legs guaranteed! 👟) The space The accommodation is organized on two floors. On the ground floor are: - a dining room that includes a sofa bed - a fully equipped kitchen (with even a dishwasher 🧼) Upstairs are: - one bedroom with a 140 x 200 double bed stacked with a mezzanine bed of the same size - a bathroom - a separate toilet - storage (closet, cabinet) The kitchen, bathroom and toilet have just been refurbished (end of 2024). 🕶️ An outdoor area: a terrace on which a table can be placed to eat outside (small picnic table provided). Both floors are equipped with reversible air conditioning if needed. 🌬️ Children's games and beach gear are available. 🧩 Note that we have chosen not to install a TV in the accommodation, however there is wifi. 🛜 This family maisonette has stood the test of time and has significant sentimental value.
