The space Enjoy the unique and relaxing atmosphere of this lower-level suite featuring a private entrance, a high-quality queen bed with a feather duvet and cotton linens, an equipped kitchenette, your own laundry amenities, and a spacious lounge area with a smart TV (Netflix, Amazon Prime and YouTube included). Don’t overlook the library! We offer a free book exchange or books for purchase for $5.00. With hundreds of titles to choose from, curl up under the covers with a cup of tea and a page-turner! You might also enjoy flipping through the pages while sitting in the garden next to the koi pond and the trickling water feature. If you plan to venture out, you are within walking distance from Moose Jaw’s historic downtown where you will find an abundance of restaurants and shops, the mineral spa, Mosaic Stadium, the cultural centre, museum and art gallery (to name a few). You might also enjoy strolling through the quiet neighbourhood with its tree-lined streets featuring the many character homes “The Avenues” is known for. The house was built in 1911 and has been lovingly cared for over the decades. We have continued to care for it by updating the suite: soundproofing, fire-guarding, updated windows, adding amenities and artfully decorating the space for your interest and comfort. Thought has gone into every detail in hopes of making your stay warm, welcoming and inviting. Guest access You can access the suite through your private entrance in the back garden. You will be given an individualized key code for self check-in so you can conveniently come and go. **Please note you are required to go down the stairs into the suite. Other things to note We live on the main and upper floors and although we have soundproofed, you may hear the creak of a floorboard or the pitter patter of puppy feet as our little dogs run for their treat. Bette and Moses (our little rescues pups) have special needs: Bette is deaf with limited vision and Moses is blind.
