Comfy single room on the first floor of our family home, TV with on demand tv, there is a kettle in the room and a large bright window. There is a shared bathroom close to the room. The property is in a quiet road with a Sainsbury’s up the road and waitrose, Morrisons and iceland all within walking distance as are cafes and restaurants. Leigh Broadway - 20 minute walk (1 mile) with a vibrant cafe culture, Leigh train station is 25 minutes. Southend hospital 5 minute drive. The space A single room on the 1st floor of the property with access to shared bathroom. Please note there is no desk in the room for home working. Guest access The single room is on the first floor with a shared bathroom across the hall. Access to the kitchen for cooking meals. Please note there is no common area to work from home. Other things to note Please note there is no desk in the room and working from home in common areas is not an option.
