Les Martinets, built in 1870 in the picturesque village of Fongrave on the River Lot welcomes you. Renovated in 2024, the property boasts a unique blend of personality and style. Savour daily home-cooked meals, immerse yourself in village life, or dine at the local restaurants and visit the historic bastides that surround the village. Or, why not stay all day and enjoy the facilities sipping wine by the 10x5m swimming pool or play table tennis, petanque and badminton. The space The room has a King Size bed, beautifully appointed with luxury linens, towels and a private ensuite bathroom. The window overlooks the village. The window has useable shutters. All rooms are fully air conditioned for your comfort. Guest access The property has a large private garden and terrace, with trees, landscaped flower beds, access to games such as table tennis, petanque, badminton and a children's play structure including a slide and swings. The pool terraces have sunbeds and shaded seating areas. The property has indoor and outdoor dining facilities and guests have access to a pool side kitchen with a microwave, fridge, air fryer and two hobs. Cooked meals are also available in the evenings from Thursday to Sunday evening, consisting of a welcome drink, 3 courses and half a bottle of wine per adult. Children's portions are available at a reduced rate. During your stay We will normally greet you on arrival. If we are not present we will send you details of how to access the keys in our lockbox.
