We are known for being exceptionally clean so no pets please The space We offer a spacious beautiful home consisting of sun room entry, den, kitchen dining room and office/reading room. There are 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms on the main floor including 2 full beds and one King. The basement offers an open design with den, billards pool table, 1 bathroom 2 full beds and laundry. Outside offers a front porch and back patio with beautiful farm views. Corn hole boards, picnic table and grill are available for your enjoyment. No pets please. Boat and RV storage available Guest access A sidewalk is provided at the back of the housing leading to the back door which includes a keyless entry lock. The lock digital code will be provided after booking. Upon entry of the back door the entire main floor is available for guest use with the exception of one storage closet The full basement is available for use with the exception of one storage closet Other things to note ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY In consideration of being permitted to rent and enter upon the property located at 8001 Old Munfordville Rd, Cave City, KY 42127 (the “Property”) , the undersigned (the “Releasor”) executes and delivers this Acknowledgement and Waiver of Liability (this “Waiver”) and hereby agrees as follows: Releasor hereby acknowledges that the property is located in a rural area, which includes farmlands and open spaces and water containing ponds. Releasor agrees and acknowledges that the nature and location of the Property creates certain inherent dangers and risks that cannot be eliminated entirely even with adequate and proper attention and care, such inherent dangers and risks include but are not limited to contact with farm animals, farming equipment, fences, gates, uneven terrain and ponds. Releasor further acknowledges that while farm animals are typically domesticated, such animals can still present risk to human safety. By signing this Waiver, Releasor hereby voluntarily assumes all risks relating to the entry upon and rental of the Property. Releasor hereby agrees to release, forever discharge and hold harmless Larry Steenbergen and Sheila Steenbergen (each a “Release” and collectively, the “Releasees”), their heirs, successors, agents and assign, of and from any and all liability, including but not limited to liability arising from negligence, for all claims, demands, cause of action or damages of any kind or nature, including but not limited to death, disability, personal injury, or property damage, arising out of the entry upon or rental of the Property by Releasor’s custody, care, and control. Further, Releasor herby agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Releasees, collectively and individually, from any and all injury, losses, liabilities, damages, demands, costs, attorneys' fees and expenses that any such Releasee may incur, for any reason whatsoever, for any injuries sustained by Releasor or any of the Releasor’s family, agents, invitees, guests, or any other person entering or exiting the Property on Releasor’s behalf. Releasor understands and agrees that this Waiver is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky and agrees that if any part of this Waiver is determined to be unenforceable, all other parts shall be given full force and effect. Releasor acknowledges and represents that: he or she is at least eighteen (18) years old; has read the foregoing Waiver, understands it and signs it voluntarily as his or her own free act and deed; no oral representations, statements, or inducements, apart from the forgoing written agreements have been made; and Releasor executes this Waiver for full, adequate, and complete consideration fully intending to be bound by same. Releasor further states that he or she has had the opportunity to seek the advice of counsel and understands the Releasor is giving up his or her right to sue Releasees for any claim released hereby. By booking this property you agree virtually to this waiver regardless of signatures.
