You are booking a private room in my apartment. You will be the only guests in the apartment and will have exclusive use of the accessible spaces indicated in the listing, including the bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. A new apartment offers you comfort and tranquility, 2 mins walk from the metro, connected to the RER A(the most stable and fast suburb of Paris), between Disney and Paris. The space - In Paris(Nation): 2 mins walk + 18mins RER A - A disney: 2 mins walk + 18mins RER A - Close to all amenities (transportation, shops, activities and leisure). - Opposite Gustave Eiffel University and 10 mins walk from Cité Universitaire Descartes, including Ecole des Ponts ParisTech. The apartment is located on the first floor of a recent and secure residence, with a private garden. It offers a quiet, pleasant and well-maintained setting. My personal room remains closed and is not accessible to guests. Some personal belongings may be present in the kitchen and the bathroom. The accommodation is therefore very well equipped for a comfortable stay. In any case, I remain easily reachable if you have a question or a specific request 😊 Other information: * There is a glass door between the bedroom and the kitchen, but the sound insulation is good. Heavy blackout curtains completely cover the door to preserve your privacy. * The bedroom has an interior latch, so you can lock it when you are inside, but not from the outside. When you leave the apartment, your belongings remain protected thanks to the secure front door of the residence and the apartment.
