It's made of canvas walls, 42 m2 and made from all-natural materials and earth tones that blend together with the tones and textures of Costa Rica. The space You will be immersed in 33 hectares of untouched jungle sanctuary. Zūnya is hidden away from prying eyes in the town of Malpaís, a secluded spot on the southern tip of the Nicoya Peninsula. This region is one of only five blue zones in the world. Malpaís prides itself on its amazing surf and its decadent mix of unspoiled beaches, private coves, waterfalls, and dense rainforests. The town of Malpaís is the perfect hideaway for those looking to discover an authentic Costa Rica. Your visit is an invitation to join the family and embark on this journey. A stay in one of the Safari Tents will give you access to the secluded bay beach with a surf break during high tides. We have a plant-based restaurant, Amrita, on the land which is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner . We have high-speed internet as well as a covered place to work in case it rains. The land has many areas for you to explore. From a volleyball court, garden slackline, an orchard, wood workshop, yoga shala and many secret jungle spots. The closest convenient shop in Malpais is 10min walking distance. Other things to note Our differences: - In order to respect the silence and rest of all those around you, please keep in mind that 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM is considered quiet time at Zunya. - To regulate our daily consumption of energy, there is no AC available inside our rooms. All of the rooms have a fan to help keep guests cool and comfortable during nighttime.
