Other things to note - Garbage room is on the same floor, on the other side of the hallway. * Drinking water is provided in big bottles of 20 litres. PLEASE DO NOT throw away the big bottles because we need them to exchange for new water delivery. * Price is all inclusive. All utilities bills (Electricity, Water, Internet, Cable TV, Management fee) are included, except for those below: - Parking fee: depends on amount of hours. For motorbike, usually 4,000 VND up to 23,000 VND (overnight) for daily pass. If you stay for long term (more than 2 months), please contact me to apply for monthly pass which is much more economy, only 65,000 VND. Bikes will be parked in the 2nd floor. CAR PARKING AVAILABILITY DEPENDS so please let me know in advance to reserve. - Cleaning service during the stay is available upon request at 120,000VND (~5$) per hour. You can always DIY with cleaning tools and products provided in the flat. - Electricity price is quite high in Vietnam so I would much appreciate if you can help me save energy by turning off AC when not in use or when you go out. * SURCHARGE WILL BE APPLIED IF: - Your average electricity consumption is higher than 25 kWh/night of your stay. There is a Government-owned app to track your daily consumption. - The electricity bill exceeds 2,000,000VND for long term rental (over 28 nights). - Missing key, elevator card, parking card, AND MOST IMPORTANT: swimming-pool bracelet. THANK YOU FOR YOUR ATTENTION! * Check-in: I set as "Flexible" because I live in the same building and mainly work at home, which means I don't mind seeing you when you arrive very late at night time or very early in the morning as well as any other time of the day. I always want to make my guests feel easy about time of check-in. However, PLEASE UNDERSTAND: - For example, you arrive and want to check in at 3AM of Thursday, you should pay from the night of Wednesday, because I can't take other reservation that night to keep the room for you. - If you arrive at 10AM and the current guests are still in the room, you should wait until they check out or perhaps book also the previous night to avoid waiting. The check out time should be 12PM and we need at least 1-2 hours to get the room ready for the next guests. - Anyway, please double check with me at least 1 day prior to your arrival. If the room is available the previous night or the guests checking out sooner, I'm always happy to let you check in even 4 hours earlier. - Late check out without prior notice may cause surcharge. I can support late check out not exceeding 4 hours WITH prior notice, in case of no bookings that night.
