A two-story house with a brand new swimming pool for 6 people, 80 meters from Praia Vermelha do Norte (just across the highway). There are 2 en-suites, one with a walk-in closet, a living room, a kitchen and a barbecue area with a sink. It has a parking space in the garage that is open, but it is covered. It is a village with few residents, a cul-de-sac. We stopped cars in front of the houses and never had any security problems. It is 4 km from the shops and 6 km from the city center. Great location to escape the traffic of the northern beaches. The space The listing is for 6 people, no matter if they are adults or children. Additional hosts will be charged.
