Great Flat - Thermal Pools - CTC Araras

A Cozy Flat well located in the heart of the City. The apartment (7th floor) is perfectly prepared for your staying with a brand-new air conditioning, new mattress and pillows, bedding and towels, Led TV, wi-fi, a 24-hour reception, parking for 1 car... Right next to the Metropolitan Club (CTC), which has several Thermal pools, water slides, saunas... In which Children under 7 enter free of charge, and for all others guests we guarantee a discount in the Club's ticket, which will cost 40 Reais. The space The apartment is comfortable and well equipped, with a new Split air conditioning, hot shower, new mattresses, pillows, a complete set of bed linen and towels (coming straight from the laundry room). Equipped with microwave, refrigerator, sandwich maker and other basic items for preparing small meals such as plates, glasses, cups and cutlery. Windows have security screen and security grid. CTC CLUB: Children under 7 enter free of charge and all other guests have a special fee with discount (costing 40 Reais). CTC CLUB AMENITIES: Pools of various sizes with Hot spring water, children's pools, slides, waterfalls, restaurant, snack bar, court, parasols and sun loungers. Real hot springs, straight from the source to the pools. The ticket remains valid from the moment of purchase until 12am the next day. Access to the Club is done internally, at a special concierge inside of the Condominium. The tickets are sold there. Club opening hours: 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM. PARKING SPACE: The apartment has 1 parking space. AUTHORIZATION: Upon confirmation of payment, an authorization will be made and sent to the reception. To issue this I will need your full name, Passport number and the full name of all other guests. CHECK-IN: Upon arrival you must present your passport to the receptionist to get the apartment key. CLEANING: Cleaning is done by the Flat's staff, before the arrival of the guests and during their stay, every 2 days. Guest access The guest will have full access to the apartment. All pools are part of the Metropolitan Club (CTC) - to access the club you need to purchase a ticket. We guarantee 50% off the value (drops to 35 Reais). Free entry for children under 7 years old. We have a Special Kitchen in the building, to use it you can take the key in the reception desk. Other things to note When you get the apartment key you will also receive a card, it should be inserted into a holder next to the door to trigger the energy of the apartment.
