The literary barn is a place where you can breathe a romantic and relaxing atmosphere. Anna, the current owner, is a teacher, lover of culture and reading who has enriched the rooms with books of all literary genres that are available to guests. The space The house is located on a quiet, tree-lined street close to all the main services (bus stop, Busa di Vigonza train station, Padova Est highway exit, ring road), bars, shops, and the Kioene Arena. The literary barn overlooks a private courtyard, where you can immerse yourself in reading in a small and relaxing green area. Guest access As soon as guests arrive at Via Brunello Rutoli 4, they will see a green painted gate that allows them to enter the property. Also outside, there is a video intercom on a pillar, which shows the number of the rental and the name and surname of the owner, Anna Dina Carboni. Other things to note In the small private open space intended for them, they can have breakfast, chat and hang out their laundry. The use of the air conditioner must be modulated, especially in the morning because the house has excellent exposure and is cool, as it is a historic building with thick walls.
