Each room is thoughtfully set up with calm vibes, practical touches, and your comfort in mind. Here’s what you can expect: 🛏️ Comfy Beds – Linens & Towels Included High-quality mattresses, soft bedding, and a peaceful atmosphere make it easy to get a good night’s sleep. 🌞 Light & Fresh Air Plenty of natural light from the windows. Wake up to the sun or enjoy a restful nap anytime. 🌐 WiFi & Everyday Comforts Fast internet in all rooms (approx. 500 Mbps), plus essentials like heating/ventilation, extra blankets, and a quiet space if you need to get some work done. 🧼 Clean, Cozy, and Well-Kept We take cleanliness seriously – everything is thoroughly cleaned before your stay. We want you to feel completely at home – or even better! Your Own Space – In Our Home The apartment is on the lower (basement) floor of our house, located in a peaceful suburban area. We live upstairs. Since the apartment is part of our home, we try to keep things quiet when we have guests. That said, now and then, you might hear the kids running around—or occasionally siblings "lovingly" arguing ☺️. Of course, we’re just as understanding if there’s a bit of noise coming from your side too! 📺 Entertainment & Streaming The TV comes with access to Netflix, Viaplay, NRK, YouTube, and more—so you can relax with your favorite shows or movies anytime. Outdoor Spaces You’ll Love Soak up the sun on the terrace – perfect for a morning coffee, reading break, or hanging out while the kids play. The area is surrounded by beautiful walking trails and green spaces, all in the peaceful, family-friendly neighborhood of Spjelkavik. It’s ideal if you're looking for comfort and quiet, but still want to stay close to both nature and city life! Guest access As a guest you are welcomed to enjoy our garden with playground (trampoline, climbing tower, sandbox, kid’s playhouse with some toys) as well as a barbecue place. Other things to note Fresh bed linens and towels Basic kitchen essentials, including coffee, tea, oil, and salt To ensure a pleasant experience for all guests, we kindly ask that you respect our house rules. In rare cases where rules are not followed, the following charges may apply: 1. Noise Disturbances (e.g. loud music, parties, or disruption during quiet hours): NOK 1000 2. Extra Cleaning due to pets, smoking, or other violations: from NOK 1500 3. Additional Guests (beyond the maximum of 4): NOK 500 per person 5. Any Suspicious/illegal activities will immediate terminate of stay and be reported to Authorities and Airbnb. 4. Late Checkout Fees: - Between 12:00–13:00: NOK 400 - Between 13:00–14:00: NOK 600 - After 14:00: Full nightly rate (subject to availability) 5. Early check-in(subject to availability) fees: - 1 hour before agreed check-in: NOK 400 - 2 hours before agreed check-in: NOK 600 - 3 or more hours before agreed check-in: full nightly rate.
