Relax by beach, roast marshmallows in fire pit or drift to sleep to the sounds of the waves. Enjoy post-hike drinks by the lake or in the cozy bar & outdoor living room. ​Cook with a BBQ (propane incl.), microwave & outdoor stove. Wash off trail or day with hot *outdoor* shower. ​Sleeps 2 in queen & 1-2 in the low-ceilinged loft - watch head! Pool & dock closed. The space Your Cozy Lakefront Basecamp! This is a rustic bunkie on a residential property. ​Step into our rustic cozy 12x9 ft Bunkie, an intimate single-room escape designed for simple living and big views. ​Sleep & Relax: The bunkie features a comfortable queen bed for two (Murphy bed). For extra guests (or the adventurous kid!) or older children, a loft with an additional mattress provides a snug space for an additional 1–2 people. Please note: The loft is accessed via a stair ladder and is not recommended for those uncomfortable with heights or confined spaces as it has a very low ceiling. ​Outdoor Living Room: Start your day looking out the window to the lake from the bed, or sipping a coffee on the private deck, or relax on the lawn sloping gently down to the lake. As the evening cools, enjoy the ambiance of the chiminea (available for evening use, subject to local fire rules and bans; wood available for a small fee). ​ Enjoy drinks and socialize with friends in the cozy outdoor bar and social area under the marquee. Shower enclosure is heated by a diesel heater and moderately insulated to keep the chill and breezes away. 3. Although the lines are heated with a tracer wire, during temps below -5, the outdoor shower may not be comfortable and may be unavailable due to line freeze-ups. 4. Let us know when you are planning to have your shower so we can fire up the heater and make sure water is available. Shower - Indoor (Inside washroom): 1. Indoor shower with hot water is evolving. 2.
