Everyone who sleeps in this apartment wakes up with a feeling of gratitude when the first rays of morning sun enter and you can see the sea and the mountains from the same space while having your tea or coffee. We take care of every detail to create a relaxing and inspiring environment, whether you come to rest and recharge, to telework or to retreat to write. Save us to your wishlist ; ) The space The penthouse is an open-plan apartment, located on the second floor of a house, accessed by an internal staircase. The stay is not accessible to people with limited mobility. The bedroom area, which overlooks Mount Candina and one of the "Ojos del diablo" (Devil's Eyes), consists of a double bed, a desk with built-in shelving, a closet that allows visual separation from the rest of the apartment, and a floor lamp with two small shelves. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances (a refrigerator, a microwave, a kettle, and a coffee maker) and has a butane gas stove. In it we have left all the essential kitchenware to be able to cook and enjoy peacefully. The living room area has a sofa that can be deployed to add a second bed, perfectly comfortable, with a 140x195cm memory foam mattress, in which to enjoy watching TV or reading. Finally, the bathroom, the only room separated from the rest of the apartment, has a shower tray. Other things to note The apartment, which is located in the heart of the Sonabia neighborhood, is a 5-minute walk to Sonabia Beach and a 15-minute walk to Oriñón Beach. In addition to the beaches, you can do several hiking trails in the area, highlighting the Devil's Eyes Trail. From Sonabia you can also visit: -Castro-Urdiales (10 minutes by car) -Bilbao (40 minutes by car) -Santander (45 minutes by car) -Laredo (15 min drive) It is advisable to have a vehicle to be able to get to and visit the towns and cities of the area.
