Guest access All the property Other things to note Although we can accommodate 25 people to sleep comfortably, there is no area large enough for everyone to gather at once besides the yard or the parking area. **Smoking** No smoking is allowed inside the Cottage. If smoking is detected, a 500 fee will be charged. **PETS** NO PETS ALLOWED. **Guest Registration Terms** The following two steps are required to complete registration: 1. Sign our short-term rental agreement. (sent after you book your reservation) 2. Fill out our 5-star experience form; a non-refundable 45 damage waiver or a refundable 300 deposit is required. ** The door code is revealed after steps one and two are completed. Please complete steps 1 and 2 before check-in to avoid a cancellation performed by the guest or Airbnb, so as not to affect the host's cancellation status on the platform. ★ REPORTING ANY ISSUES AT CHECK-IN We prepared thoroughly before your arrival, but we could have missed something. If you notice any pre-existing damage or other issues, please notify us immediately within 24 hours after check-in. If any damage, malfunctions, or other problems happen during your stay, please get in touch with us immediately so we can fix it quickly. You may be held responsible for any damage caused by malfunctioning equipment if you don't report it to us immediately. Travel issues not reported within 24 hours of check-in will not be eligible for a refund or partial discount. By booking, you acknowledge that our policy supersedes and overrules the Airbnb policy.
