For us this is CLEAR :) The EXCLUSIVE USE garden is located under the terrace of exclusive property and partly at the back, privacy is assured thanks also to the pleasant romantic structure on which the beautiful jasmine runs. The GARDEN is beautiful and very well cared for by the owners, even the terrace is relaxing and offers a splendid view of the Tuscan countryside. The TANK POOL is truly a gem and much appreciated by adults and children. We only ask that you take care of it and not eat in the pool. The old town of Lucca is a 10-minute drive. Nearby to visit: . Other things to note The Tank pools are water tanks that are purified by the filter and disinfected to chlorine like a normal pool. About three people can stay in the TANK pool at the same time. For monthly stays from one to a maximum of 6 months, a work or study motivation and the signature of a contract may be required. For MONTHLY RENTALS up to a maximum of 6 months, the stipulation of a transitional contract and the payment of the practical management costs of € 60 is mandatory.
