Dining table with 4 chairs also a small breakfast bar. A patio area to the outside. We are rural so internet can sometimes be patchy and slow. Guest access Although the property is on one level there is one step into the property. A key box is located on the outside . parking space right outside the door so easy to unload Other things to note A car is ideally needed as there is no shop on site. Although online shopping is available and can be delivered.very quiet site with no pub or entertainment but lots of local restaurants in the surrounding villages and nearby towns of Bude and Bideford. Local attractions for children not far away and clovelly just 3 miles away.Beautiful north Devon walks and coastline. Quiet location with surrounding nature
