Welcome to the Ain'stant present, a peaceful haven nestled in the heart of the Jura close to the waterfalls of Les Pertes de l 'Ain, between mountains, rivers and forests, ideally located, you can enjoy our region through various activities such as hiking, horseback riding, cycling, fishing, cultural visit and tastings of local products. In winter, you'll find ski resorts and seasonal activities within an hour's drive. Lake Chalain: 30 min. The space Independent house for 2 to 4 people maximum, fenced plot (730 m2) with a small shed (key on request if you need to store bicycles...) 1 living room with a good quality sofa bed 1 bedroom with 1 160 x 200 bed + closet 1 bathroom with shower - toilet 1 kitchen with all necessary equipment basic condiments: oil, salt, pepper others: Sugar, tea, coffee Dish towels - laundry - cleaning supplies Bedding kit is provided for both beds (mattress covers, duvet, pillows and bedding sets: pillowcases – fitted sheets and duvet covers 2 extra duvets Bathroom linens and hygiene products not provided (except hand soap, hand towels) "Les Chamois" bar and restaurant 500 m walk convenience stores, bread depot and butcher shop in Sirod, village 5 min drive away City of Champagnole 10 min drive to supermarkets, station... Guest access Entire fenced accommodation with safe parking for your vehicle Other things to note Dogs 🐕 (2 max) are accepted at no extra cost (as stipulated in the house rules with respect for the neighborhood regarding barking, cleaning up after pets, not allowed on the bed and sofa...) We also have a dog and apply these rules ourselves out of respect for the renter and other guests.
