Family house/holiday home by the sea.

The area is sunny, in a quiet area overlooking fjords and mountains. You can fish or swim in the lake, or maybe you want to try SUP boards, paddle kayak or go out by boat. There is a large terrace with seating areas, sun beds, barbecue and outdoor living room. There is also a separate gym. We have four bedrooms with sleeping space for 12 people. (There is a rented apartment in the basement). There is access to the area with beach and jetty by the lake. Welcome to an active or relaxing holiday! The space We surround ourselves with beautiful nature and mountain peaks with amazing views. You can also take day trips to Preikestolen, Himakånå, Trolltunga, Buerbreen, Vikinggarden, or go on a city walk in Haugesund, Stavanger, Odda or Sauda. The rooms are bright and airy. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, egg cooker, toaster and more. In the laundry room there is a washing machine, dryer and freezer. There is a TV in the living room and in two of the bedrooms, with the possibility of Chromecast connection. Three of the bedrooms have office space with wireless internet. The beds are equipped with duvet and pillow, but bed linen and towels must be brought by the guest, unless otherwise agreed. As a tenant, you must follow the basic rules: - Follow the house rules - Treat the home as if it were your own - Respect quiet hours between 12 am and 6 am Guest access 1st and 2nd floor. Other things to note The house contains duvets and pillows. The guest brings bed linen and towels, or these can be rented for the stay. There is a cat living on the property.
