The space The Ed. Dona Zilá building has two entrances; FRONT to Rua 101, No. 144 and BACK to Rua 201 No. 66, where the garage entrance is also located. Only 2 apartments per floor, well ventilated and freedom of vision on 3 sides. Guest access Rent for up to 6 people. No strangers allowed - only those contracted. Follow the Condominium rules posted on the wall. Access door password details and other keys will be provided by the owner. Other things to note The washing machine that had broken down was repaired. The internet has been replaced by NET. The TV has been replaced by NET.
