This 28 ft camper features an upgraded residential queen “purple” mattress, 4 bunks in the back, fridge, stove, outdoor kitchen, shower and toilet, tv with dvds, and even an old game system to enjoy. Price includes camper, full hookup to water, electric, sewer, and propane. The space 4 acres of land to enjoy and explore, shade, fire pits, a few walking trails, quiet nights with great sky views from the pasture. At least 100 ft from other camper or guests. Guest access Use common sense and enjoy the property. Watch out for snakes and wear proper protection against sun, and bugs. Other things to note We are not responsible for trips, falls, or other injuries. This is a campground in a natural setting, there are uneven surfaces, large rocks, and 8-10 ft drop-offs. Pets and children should be supervised and encouraged to stay on cleared paths.
