Since purchasing in 2024, we've been hard at work finishing the basement into a lovely suite for guests. The listing covers the entire basement floor, which includes a private bedroom, bathroom, and living room with TV and gaming systems. A mini refrigerator with freezer is included as well as a microwave. You are welcome to access the shared kitchen on the main floor and the washer/dryer on the top floor. Please note the mechanical room and breaker box is located in the space so in the event of a power outage or other emergency, we may need to access the basement to solve the issue. We have been hosting on and off for close to 10 years now and are so excited to continue. Please reach out ahead of time with any questions or specific requests. Guest access All spaces in the basement suite, shared access to the kitchen on the main floor and laundry room on the top floor. During your stay We both work full time but are happy to have a chat when at the home. Though relatively new to the area, we can provide restaurant recommendations and top places to visit close by.
