The apartment features two bedrooms, a double sofa bed in the living room, a fully equipped kitchen, dining and living area, Wi-Fi, full bathrooms, towels, a safety box, and everything you need for a worry-free stay. We also offer cleaning service and 24-hour reception to assist you with anything during your visit. Guest access Located in the exclusive Playa Salguero area, you’ll be just three blocks away from its peaceful and beautiful beaches. You’ll also have access to the on-site restaurant and café; please note that these services have an additional cost and must be paid directly at the venue. Important: The social areas of the building are shared with other guests. Other things to note Upon arrival, it is mandatory to present a valid physical ID (Cedula de Ciudadanía) or passport. For minors (Colombian citizens), a physical copy of the birth certificate must be provided. This applies to all guests staying at the property. Minors not accompanied by their parents must present a notarized letter of authorization signed by their parents, along with photocopies of the parents’ IDs, to be submitted at check-in. If you are bringing a pet, please note there is an additional fee of COP 35,000 per night, payable directly upon arrival. You must also present your pet's vaccination record. Guests are required to wear an identification wristband throughout their stay to ensure the safety of the building and all visitors. The cost of each wristband is COP 14,000. Visitors are allowed, provided they are announced at check-in with full name and surname. All visitors must be over 18 years old and present a physical ID. If a visitor stays past 10:00 p.m., an extra fee will apply.
