Welcome to our home away from home in Bonnet Shores. This charming bright 2300 sqft cottage renovated in 2024 with thoughtful details and spacious luxury coastal living in mind. This home offers plenty of indoor and outdoor entertaining space and a front porch to enjoy the salt air breeze. You will be walking distance to Kelly Beach, minutes from the Pier in Narragansett, Jamestown, Newport, Wakefield and plenty of beaches! Come, kickback, relax and enjoy the your Rhode Island vacation! The space The 1st floor features a large great room, dining area attached to the kitchen and a recently renovated full bath with tile shower. The home is equipped with a well appointed gourmet kitchen with everything you will need for dining in, including an espresso maker, Keurig, toaster, teapot and all new appliances. The great room has a stone fireplace, a large sectional couch, 50" TV and a farm table ideal for playing board games, puzzle making and card playing. The home has central air conditioning, a laundry room, iron and board, a drying rack along with many other amenities designed to make your stay comfortable and relaxing. On the second floor you will find 5 bedrooms (7 beds) and a full bathroom with tub/shower. Steps from the kitchen is a large private fenced backyard that is perfect for families to gather, barbeque and dine outdoors. Guests can access our shed on the property that is equipped with everything needed for a day at the beach. We have beach chairs (adult and child sized), beach towels, umbrella, sand toys, wagon, bikes and scooters. After a long day at the beach, take an outdoor shower and prepare to hang in for a barbecue on the stone patio that includes conversation seating a Weber Grille and a dining table with seating for 8. Located just 22 miles from the Rhode Island T.F. Green International Airport and 24 miles from Newport Mansions. Guest access Guests will be contacted by the property manager before arriving with a code for entry and property expectations. Other things to note Complimentary passes for Kelly Beach (walking distance) at the home in the entryway table drawers.
