The space This is a cozy studio, with a comfortable queen bed, kitchenette, bathroom, dining area, as well as a covered patio area right outside! Guest access While the driveway is shared, the front yard as well as anything to the left of the driveway is for the front units tenants use. You are welcome to use the outdoor sitting area behind the plant partition wall for added privacy, as well as the entire studio guest house itself.
