We loved the cosy, modern yet homely feel and waking up to the beautiful and quiet surroundings....We can't wait to come back" The space Originally a cow barn, the space has now been converted into a spacious single storey property annexed to our house but totally independent and with its own private entrance. There are two bedrooms, two bathrooms (one ensuite) and an open plan kitchen, dining and living room with access to a large private garden with patio, outdoor table and chairs and bbq. The dining area doubles up as a workspace. We live on site and so are nearby if you need us. If you've forgotten something it's always worth asking in case we can help! Highlights: * One bedroom with king size bed and en suite shower room * Second bedroom with two 3’ single beds which can be configured as a super king on request * Separate bathroom with bath and overhead shower * Fully equipped kitchen with open plan dining/sitting room * 50” Smart TV and Bluetooth sound bar. Basic apps such as BBC iPlayer, ITVX, Channels 4 and 5 etc. are already logged in. For other apps such as Netflix, Apple TV etc. you will need your own log in. * Indoor games (plus a croquet set outdoors) and a well stocked bookshelf * French doors leading to the garden and patio with dining table and chairs and bbq * A welcome pack to include tea, coffee, sugar, milk, bread, butter, marmalade etc. * Toiletries comprising hand wash, hand/body lotion, body wash/shampoo and conditioner * Travel cot and high chair available on request Around and about: There is plenty to do and see in the surrounding areas. There will also be a comprehensive information folder in the Shippon with instructions for equipment and details of local walks, supermarkets etc. Audlem (about 6 minutes in the car) is a pretty village on the Shropshire Union canal. Nantwich (10-15 minutes in the car) is a bustling, pretty, historic little town with lovely independent shops and cafes. Also nearby, Hack Lane Secret Nuclear Bunker, Dagfields Antiques and Craft Centre and the award winning Bridgemere Garden Centre and Show Gardens which also has a wide range of retail outlets. Guest access Guests have sole use of this self-contained annex. Other things to note EV charger available, 40p/kWhr. Please request in advance.
