Cozy home next to the Beach and Pier Park

This home is special to me, as my wife and I have designed and created a beautiful custom apartment, for you to come and relax on your vacation. We are located at one of the main entrances to Panama City Beach. Pier Park, Frank Brown Park, and grocery stores are less than a mile away. The Beach is a 10 minute walk/ 2 min. Drive. The neighborhood is calm,quiet, and safe for you to walk around and explore. The space This is a completely remodeled custom 2 bedroom 1 1/2 bath. I have put a lot of work into this, I hope you enjoy it and take care of my home. It has 1 queen bed in the front bedroom and 2 twin beds with a trundle pull out. There is also an air mattress and a very comfortable couch to sleep on. There are Roku TVs in every room, a full kitchen with plenty of counter space, and a washer and dryer in the back. The back area is very relaxing with a table , chairs, and string lights that automatically come on after dark. There are many features to this rental and I invite you to come in check it out and make yourself at home. Guest access This a duplex and both sides are rentals, so please be considerate of your neighbors. Each side has its own designated parking and fenced in backyard.
