Max vehicle length the garage will fit is 195”. There is an indoor hallway connecting the garage and condo to keep you out of the weather while unpacking! Please be aware that there are residents in the unit above the condo. You may occasionally hear the moving about, but they are generally quiet and always respectful. ENTERING THE HOME: ▻ The home is accessed via self check-in using a smart lock with a unique code per guest. Other things to note POLICIES: ▻ Early Check-In - If the property is ready up to an hour before check in, it is our pleasure to offer you a complimentary 1 hour early check in. Please check with us before if you would like to check in early so we can adjust your door code time. However, anything earlier, if there is a request and we can accommodate it, we do charge $30 per additional hour to help offset the change in cleaning and inspection schedule so that we can guarantee your check in will be as smooth as possible. ▻ Late Check-out If you inform us the day before, we may be able to accommodate a late check-out up to 12 PM, but the only way to guarantee a late check-out is to book the night after. Late checkouts without advance notice will result in a fee of $50 per hour, and if you check out at 12 PM or later, you will be charged for a whole additional night. ▻ Luggage Drop - We can accommodate a luggage drop 30 minutes after the previous guests check-out time, as long as we can work with the potential current guests and cleaners. Please remind us on the morning of your arrival. ▻ Fill The Fridge - We offer grocery delivery and stocking services up to two hours prior to arrival for a $30 convenience fee. Please reach out to coordinate! ▻ Special Occasion Amenities - We LOVE helping people celebrate, so we offer Birthday, Anniversary, or Other Custom Special Occasion packages available for purchase prior to your arrival. - Birthday - Balloons and small cake with candles. $40 - Anniversary - Bouquet of flowers and small cake $50 - Custom Special Occasion - Please let us know what we can do to make your stay memorable and we will do our best to make it happen. Custom pricing. ▻ Pet Policy - This unit is NOT Pet Friendly, which includes Emotional Support Animals (ESA’s). Service Animals are allowed as long as they comply with laws/regulations. Undisclosed pets will result in a $200 penalty fee to cover professional cleaning. ▻ Extra People - You can bring extra guests into the home as long as it is not for a party, no damage is done to the home, and you abide by the home rules. ▻ There are security cameras installed by our homeowners association OUTSIDE of the property for security purposes.
