Cosy room, the Square, Chagford

A warm welcome awaits you in this little cottage located in the heart of the ancient stannary town of Chagford, within Dartmoor National Park. This is the perfect base for the solo traveller - guest space includes a double bedroom, private bathroom, and your own sitting room. The cottage is perfectly situated to explore both the moor whilst also enjoying Chagford’s fabulous independent shops, wonderful pubs, all of which serve food, and characterful cafes - all just a few steps away! The space This cosy cottage is located right in the heart of Chagford. The guest bedroom is on the first floor and your sitting room and shower room, both of which are for your sole use, are on the second floor. Please note the stairs to the second floor are narrow and quite steep as these rooms are built into the attic space (please see photographs). If you are on the taller side, please note that the shower is built into this attic space height restriction. I have a friendly cocker spaniel who lives downstairs. On weekdays during the school term time, I have a professional dog walker who comes into the kitchen to pick up my spaniel and give him an hour’s walk. Guest access Access into the house is through the front door which leads directly into the kitchen. Upstairs on the first floor is the bedroom, and on the second floor, your sitting room and shower room for your sole use. Other things to note Please note that I have a friendly cocker spaniel who lives downstairs at the cottage. On week days during the school term time, I have a professional dog walker who comes into the kitchen to pick up my dog and give him an hour’s walk.
