Hop on your dirt bike, quad or side by side and ride directly to the endless trails that Baldwin has to offer. Just a couple minutes from Fox powersports and 10 minutes from downtown Baldwin where you can enjoy great bars and restaurants! Local stores and diners nearby. 2 bdrm and a queen pullout couch. Room for air mattress or a camper/tent outside. The space Inside recently renovated. TV’s in every room. Queen size bed in bedroom one. Full size bed in bedroom two. Queen size pullout mattress in the living room couch. Room for air mattress as well. You will be free to use the grill. There are some seasonings in the pantry provided. Fire pit outside and even some wood behind the shed you can use. Portable AC unit in the living room. Other things to note About 30 mins from Cadillac and 30 mins from Big Rapids. 45 mins from Ludington. There is a small convenience store/gas station 2 mins away. The wolf lake snack shack is also right around the corner and is a great little spot for breakfast or lunch.
