Smart Tv with Netflix, Prime Video, Disney and so on The space The Suite is located in the 11 th floor of a very safe condo in la Mariscal that is the Quito's most picturesque and central area at 2 blocks from the "happening Plaza Foch" . You will enjoy to slip a coffee in the balcony while admiring the beautiful and impresive view on the "Panecillo " or doing exercise or enjoying a barbecue in my commun fitness/barbecue terrace for my 2 suites. It has a 24H guard security, and dominate a little parc . It also has a underground private parking . It is fully equipped as it is my own home when I spend some time in Ecuador. The whole 1 Bdr apartment had been completely renovated and decorated with my personal touch and is perfect for 2 to 4 persons. A maid service once a week is possible for 20 Usd per cleaning . The flat is very cosy and sunny in the afternoon , and equipped with solid wood furniture and French decoration , just feel at home ! hope you will enjoy it as much as I do when I come and spend some time in Ecuador . Hot water is provided 24h and you will enjoy and relax under the shower jets of the bathroom.
