The duplex has a “powder room” bathroom on the first floor, a full bathroom on the second floor, and a large unfinished dry basement where laundry is located. The duplex features two bedrooms, with private use of one bedroom and shared use of the remaining space. A new back porch, a comfy living room, a fully stocked kitchen to cook a meal, and a kitchen table with games. Make yourself at home! On-street parking is free. One parking spot is available for rent $25/stay/month. During your stay We live outside of town and are easily reachable via Airbnb Messaging. Other things to note We are situated very close to Roxbury Park and Conemaugh Memorial Hospital, a Level 1 trauma center. It takes just 5 minutes to get to 1st Summit Arena. Johnstown hosts events year-round and is located in a safe area. It’s so safe that I accidentally left my car door open all night, and everything was perfectly fine!
