Private King bedroom with keypad lock in a two bedroom 1.5 bathroom duplex. This newly updated duplex has a full kitchen, a large pantry, and cooking essentials. It is within walking distance of Conemaugh Hospital, several bus stops, bars, restaurants, a dollar store, and a grocery store—a short 5-minute drive from 1st Summit Arena. A spacious park is just 1000 ft away, featuring basketball courts, a tennis court, a field, a green area, and a playground. The space You will have a private bedroom in a 2-bedroom duplex. This place was set up as a long-term rental after we were our own long-term home away-from-home guests. We did our best to include everything needed to make a meal and enjoy your stay. Guest access Your keypad-locked private bedroom is in this two-bedroom shared duplex. There are front and rear entrances. The duplex has a “powder room” bathroom on the first floor, a full bathroom on the second floor, and a large unfinished dry basement where laundry is located. The duplex features two bedrooms, with private use of one bedroom and shared use of the remaining space. A new back porch, a comfy living room, a fully stocked kitchen to cook a meal, and a kitchen table with games. Make yourself at home! On-street parking is free. One parking spot is available for rent $25/stay/month. During your stay We live outside of town and are easily reachable via Airbnb Messaging. There are people nearby if you need help in an emergency. We're located just a little over an hour away in Pittsburgh. We look forward to hosting you at our Johnstown getaway. Other things to note We are situated very close to Roxbury Park and Conemaugh Memorial Hospital, a Level 1 trauma center. It takes just 5 minutes to get to 1st Summit Arena. Johnstown hosts events year-round and is located in a safe area. It’s so safe that I accidentally left my car door open all night, and everything was perfectly fine!
