The duplex apartment is located in a condominium overlooking the ocean in Nuevo Lobitos, very central and next to restaurants, cafes, and stores. The condo offers common spaces such as balconies, a large terrace, restaurant, TV lounge, fitness space, swimming pool, garage. The apartment is a completely independent duplex; on the 1st floor it has two beds of 1 1/2 square each, bathroom and a mini fridge. On the 2nd floor it has a 2 PL bed, perfect for one person or couple and another space divided with a 1 PL bed. Closet and shelves for storing luggage. Guest access The apartment is located in Nuevo Lobitos, a safe area and in front of one of the best waves in Peru, La Punta. You can get there from Talara by bus or taxi, stating that you are going to "El Hueco Villas", a reference point in front of the El Ancla restaurant. It is very well located, just a 5-minute walk from the beach, and surrounded by restaurants, cafes, wineries and local shops. Everything within walking distance. Guests have access to the entire apartment. Inside the condo there are two more duplexes and common spaces that are shared with other guests. Parking is available next to the property. Other things to note In Lobitos we take care of water as if it were gold, since we are in the desert. You will have water throughout the apartment ALL DAY, please use it consciously :) Please don't forget to turn off the lights while you're out of the apartment.
