The space It is a spacious and comfortable cottage, with swimming pool and private barbecue surrounded by very green, ideal for rest and contact with nature. Guest access The lease gives access to the entire area of the farm (20,000 m2), which contains private swimming pool, barbecue, outdoor fireplace, swing, small field, a small lake and paths through tropical flower plantations and cutting foliage. Other things to note - The entrance gate must always be kept closed during the day and locked at night. - The farm has 4 covered parking spaces in addition to a large lawn for parking. - We are a Pet Friendly accommodation, with a great green area where animals can play freely. However, in order to ensure the comfort and hygiene of the environment, we ask guests not to allow animals to climb onto beds and sofas or do their business indoors. We have a glazed internal balcony, or even the external balcony, ideal for placing the feeders and the hygienic mat of the animals. We also inform that the use of pools by pets is prohibited, as we have already had problems with clogging with animal hair in the pump and filter. - The lease is not available for events or guests other than the guests informed in the agreement.
