The flat features a contemporary Scandinavian design, offering a fresh and modern vibe throughout. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, allowing for convenient meal preparation. The bathrooms are clean and equipped with all necessary amenities. Guest access Guests will have private access to the whole 2BHK. No spaces are shared with anyone else. It's our home so please treat it like one :) Other things to note If you're considering booking our place, here are a few things to keep in mind: Foreign Nationals: If you're not a resident of India, please contact us before booking. We might not be able to host you because of legal requirements. No Smoking Indoors: To maintain a fresh and healthy environment for all our guests, smoking inside the flat is not allowed. However, you are welcome to smoke in the balcony. Smoking indoors will incur a 10,000 INR fine. Power Backup: Partial power backup is available only through an inverter and battery. (AC, Geyser, Washing Machine and other heavy appliances will not work when there's a power cut from the grid. But Fans, lights, etc. will work to keep you comfortable.) Contacting the Host: If you need any assistance during your stay, please reach out through the Airbnb messaging app for a quick response, or call/text us on our provided phone number for urgent matters. Parking: If you're travelling by your own car, please note the parking is only possible outside the society in an open area. We don't have a parking spot inside the society. Parking outside is safe; I also park there many a times. House Rules: Please respect the house rules and the nature of the living spaces to ensure a pleasant stay for everyone.
