Experience a delightful stay in our charming house. With 3 bedrooms, 1 and a 1/2 baths, it hosts 6 guests on 3 queen beds in separate rooms. Ideal for a memorable and enjoyable getaway and traveling jobs. The Wildflower is located right off route 522 in McVeytown. It is located 45 minutes from Penn State and Raystown Lake, 15 minutes from The Thousand Steps, 25 minutes from Greenwood Furnace, 20 minutes to Geisinger Lewistown Hospital, and within 15-30 minutes to several wedding venues. The space Enjoy the countryside while sitting on the front porch or in the sitting room, enjoy a glass of wine or cup coffee while overlooking the meadow. The Wildflower is located right off of route 522 running through the quaint little town of McVeytown. It is centrally located 30 miles from Penn State, 10 miles from The Thousand Steps, 15 miles from Greenwood Furnace, 25 miles from Raystown Lake. 20 minutes to Geisinger Lewistown Hospital, and within 15-30 minutes to several wedding venues. Our house has two entrances. The main entrance is on the back of the house off of the parking area and has 3 steps to the front door. The front door leads to the front porch overlooking the front yard and has 3 steps to the yard. Guests will be given a key code to access only the main entrance on the back side. Indulge in the newly remodeled, well-equipped kitchen. The dining room's table sits right off the kitchen and is perfect for the whole group to enjoy time together. Relax in the living room's cozy atmosphere with sofa, rocking recliner and a TV that includes Roku for streaming. The main floor entrance has a covered porch that leads you into the dining area. Passing through the dining area, you enter the sunroom/sitting room. The kitchen area has the living room on one side and the dining area on the other. From the living room there is a small foyer that leads to the main floor full bathroom and 2 downstairs bedrooms with queen beds. From the living room, there are stairs that lead to the second floor. Upstairs there is 1 bedroom in a loft area, and a 1/2 bathroom with a toilet and sink. Also in the dining room, there is a door to the basement. We keep it locked, but we ask guests not to go into the basement for safety reasons. The sitting/sunroom area has a dedicated workspace with a desk. Outside, behind the house, is a furnished patio with a gas grill. Relax at "The Wildflower" This cozy and peaceful home is a great place to stay.
