This sunny, stylish house is perfect for families, friends or couples to explore Dartmoor and the South Hams. In the heart of South Brent village, just steps from the moors, and a short drive to stunning beaches, it's perfectly placed for walking, cycling or simply relaxing. Just 15 minutes from bustling Totnes, the village itself is well served with a butcher, grocer and deli, plus a decent local pub with lovely beer garden. There's also parking for a micro car or free parking nearby. The space The house afford an excellent jumping off point to any walking or cycling holiday. The front door enters into the light airy lounge diner. The dining table extends to give a more roomy dining experience. Both bedrooms are very good size doubles with good storage and hanging space. On bedroom is on the ground floor off the lounge/diner and the other is directly above. The kitchen is a very good size. There is no dishwasher however. There is a decent utility space which could accommodate a couple of bicycles. There are 3 outside spaces in which to sit . The balcony is west facing with lovely sunsets. There is a little patio directly bending the house and a more secluded stretch of garden a few steps away to enjoy your drinks or a meal There is a pub next-door with a lovely beer garden. the shops are just steps away for supplies. Guest access You will have access to the whole house. Other things to note The house is on the end of a quiet terrace. It is also next door to a pub and which is very welcoming.
