Welcome to my home - if you are looking for a clean affordable place to stay, this is your spot! I am a medical professional looking to rent out a spare bedroom in my beautiful home. This is my house, so I keep it very clean but still try to make it as affordable as possible. Med students and residents - Please reach out for special discounts! NO DRUGS ALLOWED. Please reach out with questions. The space I list two of the extra rooms I have in my four bedroom, three story home. Usually it's just one guest staying at a time though. Guest access There are three floors. Your room is on the third floor. The middle floor is the kitchen and living room which is open for you to use. Host has preference if using TV. Please don't touch the host's food without asking. Host bedroom on middle floor is off limits. Rooms on the third floor aside from yours and the bathroom are off limits. Off limits rooms will be marked for clarity. During your stay There is NO SMOKING allowed at this property. Otherwise it is a very nice home. Other things to note I have a sweet small dog. She is very friendly but does not go upstairs to the third floor where guests stay. She sleeps in my bedroom.
