Fine, luxurious and cozy recreational home. Enjoy this 6-person recreational home with large private garden located near the recreational area "Groene Heuvels". Our modernized recreational home is located in a quiet and small-scale but cozy holiday park 't Broeckhuys with many fun activities for young and old. This home offers a lot of privacy with a sunny and large fenced backyard. The space This recreational home is fully furnished for a maximum of six people. There are three bedrooms, two of which are on the second floor. The living room is nicely decorated with a nice sitting area, smart TV and free WiFi is available. The kitchen is fully equipped, including an oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee cup machine, coffee maker, kettle and a toaster. In the living room (next to the kitchen) is the dining area. On the ground floor, there is a separate toilet, and the recently renovated bathroom has a nice walk-in shower. The double beds have a double duvet (extra single duvets are available). The other single beds have a single duvet. At the rear of the recreational home is a lovely canopy with a seating and dining area. One car may be parked at the recreational home. An extra car can be parked for free in the large parking lot at the entrance of the holiday park. Pets are not allowed, and the house is completely non-smoking. First floor Entrance, hall, meter cabinet, utility room, free-hanging toilet with fountain, bathroom with sink and walk-in shower, bedroom 1 bedroom (double bed 140x200 cm), very spacious and garden-oriented living room and kitchen which is equipped with built-in appliances. From the living room, the backyard is accessible through French doors. Here you have access to a spacious canopy with a garden set. The backyard has a wooden storage room and there is a spacious parking space at the front of the house. 1st floor Landing, storage room, bedroom 2 (double bed 180x210 cm) and bedroom 3 (two single beds 90x200 cm). The storage room is our pantry and will be locked. Guest access You will gain access to this recreational home through a smart door lock with an access code. You will receive more information three days before departure. Other things to note At 't Broeckhuys holiday park, there is an indoor swimming pool, tennis court, miniature golf, jeu de boules court, bowling alley, petting zoo and an indoor and outdoor playground. You can also swim in the recreational lake or have a snack and a drink at the restaurant with a sunny terrace overlooking the recreational lake. The holiday park is located in the land of Maas & Waal. Through the hiking and cycling routes, you can enjoy the beautiful surroundings including rustic landscapes, rivers, ditches, forests and hills as well as the historic city center of Nijmegen or Castle of Hernen, the Gardens of Appeltern or various museums. The vacation park is also ideally located for various events such as the "Nijmegen 4-day" or "Down the Rabbit Hole".
