Efficiency Apt - No Cleaning Fee

Our community is in the outskirts of the City of El Paso. We are 1st and 2nd generation Mexican-Americans. Although our community’s infrastructure resembles a barrio, it is extremely safe – there is no criminal activity, and neighbors are always looking out for each other. I have lived here for 30 years. I have never known of any burglary or trespassing. Please be assured that you, and your family, will be safe here. There are three restaurants, a gas station, tortilla factory and grocery store. The space Three parking spaces available. NO Semi trucks allowed. One spot is in front of the apartment, and the other two are on the side.
