We are in Punta Gorda, which is a beautiful and wooded neighborhood of Montevideo where there are very few buildings with no more than three floors. A block away there is a beautiful square; at a distance of approximately 5 blocks are Playa Verde, Playa de los Ingleses or Playa Honda and Plaza Virgilio, one of the most beautiful spots in Montevideo. We are also three blocks from Av Italia where all the transportation passes to the eastern resorts without having to cross the city. We are 40 minutes from downtown by bus, 20 minutes from the airport, 20 minutes from Pocitos, half an hour from Atlántida and 2 hours from Punta del Este by bus. Five blocks away Shopping Portones and Tienda Inglesa. Ask for longer periods. The minimum rental is 14 days. Guest access The bathroom that corresponds to it is very close to the room that is currently the only one we are offering for accommodation. Therefore, it is almost for private use, shared only occasionally by a visitor. The guest can use the back, grill, kitchen and dining room. We have internet and wifi. We enable the use of the kitchen for simple preparations. There is accessibility to a good delivery service, diverse restaurants and supermarkets very close by. We provide sheets and towels.
